Every day at Bikini Bootcamp is thoughtfully paced — enough movement to feel truly alive, enough stillness to actually rest. Here is how your days might flow.

Days are filled with yoga, moving your body, eating delicious healthy food, pampering and time on a beautiful beach.

6:30 am Morning
Movement Morning Beach Walk

Start the day barefoot on the sand as the Caribbean light wakes up the water. A gentle walk to open the body and clear the mind before the day begins.

7:30 am Yoga
Yoga & Meditation Morning Vinyasa Yoga

Flow through a sunrise vinyasa class in the open-air palapa — the ocean breeze, the sound of waves, the sky turning gold. Guided by one of our resident teachers. All levels welcome.

9:00 am Nourishment
Food & Nourishment Breakfast

A vibrant, nourishing breakfast at the open-air palapa. Tropical fruits, fresh juices, warm dishes made with local ingredients. Food that fuels and delights.

Fitness Class Mid-Morning Fitness

Circuit training, sculpting, or HIIT — a challenging and joyful session with our expert trainers. Rooftop views included. Classes rotate daily so every day feels fresh.

Lunch & Free Time Lunch & Afternoon Rest

A beautiful midday meal, then time that is entirely yours. Swim, journal, nap in a hammock, walk to town, or simply sit on the beach and do absolutely nothing. Tulum rewards stillness.

Spa & Healing Spa Treatment or Local Adventure

Alternating days of deep healing bodywork with Tulum's finest therapists — or guided excursions to local highlights. Two full spa services are included in every six-day program.

Afternoon Class Dance, Barre or Pilates

A lighter, joyful afternoon class as the heat softens and the light turns golden. Dance, barre, or pilates — chosen to complement the morning session and bring some fun into the movement.

Evening Practice Evening Yin Yoga

Close the active day with a slow, restorative yin practice. Long holds, deep release, and the sound of the ocean as the light fades. A transition from doing to being.

6:45 pm Circle
Community Open Circle & Reflection

An optional gathering to share, reflect, and connect. This is where strangers become friends. Each evening carries a gentle prompt to help you go inward.

Dinner Candlelit Dinner

Gather around the table for a beautiful evening meal. Healthy, delicious, and deeply satisfying — made with love and local ingredients. The best conversations happen here.

All levels welcome

Every class is offered at your own pace. Whether it's your first yoga class or your hundredth, our teachers meet you where you are. The only requirement is showing up.

No two weeks are alike

Classes rotate, teachers change, and special rituals — temazcal, Mayan clay ceremony, beach bonfires — appear throughout the week. Every visit brings something new.

Free time is sacred

We have built real rest into every day. The afternoons are yours. We believe doing nothing beautifully is one of the most important skills you can practice here.
